Reporting an Issue

When submitting a support request, please include as much detail as possible. A clear description of the issue, what you were doing at the time, and any error messages help us resolve problems faster. If the issue is related to a mod, include your Minecraft version and any additional mods installed. The more context we have, the better we can assist.

Response Times

We are a small, focused team. While we aim to respond as quickly as possible, response times may vary depending on request volume. Quality of resolution matters more than speed. We will always prioritise accuracy and clarity.
